Welcome to BAXI Cloud. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. This service is strictly private and exclusively for the use of the Baxi family. No users outside of the Baxi family are permitted to use this application. As a private, self-hosted solution, the privacy of our family's data is our absolute highest priority.
All data uploaded to BAXI Cloud—including photos, documents, and synced files—is stored exclusively on your designated self-hosted server. We do not transmit, share, or backup your personal data to any external third-party servers.
If you choose to enable the Google Drive Sync integration, BAXI Cloud will request read-only access to your Google Drive (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly`).
How this data is used: The application uses this access solely to download a copy of your files directly into your local BAXI Cloud storage vault.
Data retention: Once downloaded, files are stored on your local server. We do not share this data with anyone. You can revoke Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account settings or by deleting the global integration key within the BAXI Cloud Admin Panel.
BAXI Cloud uses minimal local storage and session cookies exclusively to maintain your logged-in state and save UI preferences (such as dark/light mode). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics software.
